Kids yoga and mindfulness classes are suitable for children of primary school age. Classes combine:
- physical yoga poses
- mindfulness activities
- breathing exercises
Helping balance your child's mental, physical and emotional needs.
Classes are taught in a fun and nurturing environment encouraging children to feel confident and secure in who they are and aware of the important role they play within the world.
