Join our Yoga for Mums and Bubs Yoga Classes In Southport, Gold Coast.
This class will help you to enjoy fitness & fun with your baby.
Recover after birth using simple Yoga practices specifically designed to help you regain strength and balance. Focusing on pelvic floor & abdominal recovery, as well as on releasing tensions in the back, shoulders, neck and arms.
Assist your baby's growth and development with our Yoga for Babies sequence. Babies love yoga and it's so good for them. Learning Yoga in a fun way using song & playfulness makes it much more beneficial.
Suitable for babies 8 weeks to actively crawling.
This Yogababy class is lead by experienced postnatal yoga teacher, Lauren Arthur. She will guide you through exercises that are safe for your baby and give you options to vary your yoga according to your energy levels and specific postnatal conditions.
Tuesdays 10am - 11.15am at Southport.
